Refund policy

All sales are final. Because each piece of Butterfly Alphabet art is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To expedite the process, please include:
  - Your order number
  - A photo of the damaged item and packaging

ORDER ERRORS

If we made an error with your order (wrong name, wrong framing option, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.
